Which bicycle should I choose for myself?

Choosing the right model is highly dependent on what your unique use case is. If you want a simple & utilitarian commuter, we suggest our Franklin and Bedford models. Check out our Driggs or Willow for a more premium version of the Bedford and Franklin. If you want something that can handle daily commuting and also take you on longer fitness rides, we suggest our Roebling and Lorimer models.

It's also important to keep in mind that rider height can be a limiting factor in regard to choosing a bicycle. Sizing is model dependent, and there are minimum height requirements for each of our bicycles. For more information on bicycle sizing, click here.

For more information on choosing the right model, check out our Bike Buying Guide. We also have a Bike Finder Quiz that will provide customized model suggestions based on your unique use case.

Can I test ride a bike before I buy?

We have a large network of stocking dealers across the country who you can visit for a test ride. View our Store Locator to find a dealer near you. It's important to note that we don't have direct access to our dealers inventory levels, and always suggest you call ahead to confirm their inventory before heading over.

How many gears do I need?

Gearing is highly dependent on use case. If you're going to be going on longer rides, or live in a very hilly area, the wider gearing range of our 8 & 24-speed models will be best. If you're going on shorter rides, our 3-speed models will offer a wide enough gearing range, while also offering a low maintenance internally geared drivetrain.
