Where can I purchase Brooklyn Bicycle Co. Bikes?

We ship online orders anywhere in the Contiguous United States. Our bikes are also available in-store throughout the US & Canada. Use our dealer locator to find a shop near you. Don’t worry if you don’t see a shop in your area; wherever you are, we’ll contact a local shop and arrange for your bike to be built at no extra charge to you. That's our Buy & Ride program.

What if there aren't any Brooklyn Bicycle dealers in my area?

You can still purchase a Brooklyn Bicycle! No matter where you are, we will contact a local shop and arrange to have your bike built at no extra charge to you. That’s our Buy & Ride program.

Can I have my bike shipped to a shop of my choosing?

If you have a local shop in mind when making your purchase, we would love to hear about them! Let us know your preffered shop in the "order notes" section of your cart when checking out. We’re sure your local shop would appreciate their customers asking for them by name, and while we can’t guarantee shipment of your bike to that particular shop, we will absolutely look into the recommendation!

I live in NYC, can I pick my bike up from your showroom in Brooklyn?

Absolutely! If you purchase a bike online or at our showroom, you can pick it up from us professionally assembled at our showroom in Greenpoint. Just leave us a note in your cart at checkout, and we'll take care of the rest!

Will I have to put my bike together, or does it come assembled?

We would never ask our customers to assemble a bike by themselves - that’s why we devised our Buy & Ride program. Instead of arriving in pieces on your doorstep, your bike is shipped to a local shop where professionals properly assemble it, and make sure everything is perfectly adjusted for you, long before you hit the pavement.

What if the item I want is sold out?

No worries! When an item is sold out, the product page will give you the option to receive an email once that product is back in stock.

What is your return policy on bicycles?

We can usually resolve any issues without resulting in a return so please reach out to our customer service team with any issues. If a return is necessary, please note returns must be received within 30 days of your purchase date (or within 30 days of shipment date for backordered items only). Returned and exchanged bicycles incur a $150.00 USD restocking fee. All purchases on discounted bicycles are final sale. Please note Final Sale items may not be returned nor exchanged.

Great Handlebars!

As a young bike mechanic I don’t have preferred bike component retailers. But these are perfect bars for cruiser vibe bikes. Everything (grips, brake levers etc) fit according to measurements. Great product, highly recommend it!

Great experience--great fit--great value!

My Brooklyn Roebling checks ALL of the boxes (rack compatibility, STEEL, and most importantly a frame in a 15"!) for an upright (and underrated) commuter/wherever bike. Having this bike for two years, it fits like a glove and is as utilitarian, or minimal, as I want it to be.

Another comment on fit: thinking I was a 14" (in the Lorimer)--Ryan gave me a call and suggested I bump up in size to the 15" (Roebling). He was spot on--and even did me the courtesy of finding a bike shop that "he felt good about" to do the professional assembly.

I love my Roebling so much that I've sticker-bombed it for personal flare. It's not leaving my stable!

Perfect Bicycle

As soon as I saw its sleek, vintage look, I knew this was the perfect bike for me. Ordering could not have been easier. And having it shipped to and assembled by a local bike shop made it a breeze. Six weeks later, I love everything about this bike and could not be happier with my choice. I can't say enough about it!

Look At That Rack!

I had won a New Belgium cruiser a few weeks ago. It was shipped to me and while in transit, the rack was bent. I located the rack on the website to fit the bike. It shipped quickly and was very easy to install. My overall experience was great! I was informed about this purchase from the moment I ordered it and it was easy to track until it was delivered.

What a great experience so far, the pictures online don’t do the bike justice. It is a great looking bike very comfortable and easy to ride. I had quite a few issues related to the shop that put the bike together resulting in some failures that the team at Brooklyn bicycles was quick to rectify. I have enjoyed my experience working with the team at BB. I also have enjoyed my bike thus far.
