Where will you ship my bike after I purchase?

Our number one priority is making your bicycle purchase as simple as possible - while also ensuring the bicycle you receive is up to our stringent quality requirements. That's why we ship every one of our bicycles to our customer's local bike shop for professional assembly. Click here to learn more about our Buy & Ride Program.

When will I find out which shop you're shipping my bicycle to?

After you place your order, our team will hand select the assembly shop based off your provided shipping address. You'll be notified which shop it's being sent to via email when the bike ships out from our warehouse.

Why don't you provide tracking information for my bicycle shipment?

Because your bicycle is shipping directly to your local shop, tracking information is not an accurate indicator of when your bicycle is ready to ride. Once received at the assembly shop, your bicycle still has to be professionally assembled. Once it's fully assembled, we'll notify you - and you can simply head in to the assembly shop, and roll out the door!

When will I get my bicycle?

For bicycles that are in stock at time of purchase we ask for 10 business days. This is simply because there are factors out of our control which impact this timing-- such as carrier transit times and assembly schedules at your local bike. While we ask for 10 business days, more often than not, you'll be riding sooner.

If I order accessories with my bicycle, where will they ship?

Any accessory ordered along with your bike and requiring professional installation (i.e., fenders, wire basket, kickstand) will ship to the assembling shop for professional installation - completely free of charge. Easy to install accessories (i.e., bells, lights, locks, wicker baskets) will ship directly to your provided shipping address.
