Get to know the Franklin. Available in both, a 3-speed and an 8-speed version, the Franklin is our ultra stylish, ultra utilitarian step-through. The Franklin is available in both, an internal 3-speed, and an external 8-speed. It features relaxed & upright geometry, color-matched fenders and chainguard, puncture-resistant tires, and mounting points for rear carriers or front racks.

Nice carrier!

Well built carrier; I expect it will last for many years. My only quibble is the cheap-looking branded sticker stuck to the top, which is easy enough to pull off but required some elbow grease to remove the residue.
