How do I place a wholesale order?
Visit any product page and add the desired items and quantity to your cart. Proceed to checkout. Once your order is submitted, youāll receive a confirmation email and an invoice.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
While there is no minimum order quantity, there are freight & margin incentives associated with dealer programs.
What are your shipping options and lead times?
Orders ship from our East Coast or West Coast warehouse within 1-2 business days of payment or credit approval. Transit time varies based on your location and carrier.
What does it mean to be a Program Level Dealer?
Being a Program Level Dealer means youāre part of an exclusive network of authorized Brooklyn Bicycle Co. retailers. Youāll receive higher dealer margins, shipping incentives, online orders credit to your account, priority access to new inventory, program level-only promotions, and dedicated support. Program Level Dealers are also listed on our store locator, get access to marketing materials, and are first in line for seasonal campaigns.
Do you offer freight incentives?
Yes. We work hard to keep freight costs low for our dealers. Orders that meet pallet quantities qualify for reduced or flat-rate shipping, and seasonal promotions often include freight credits or lower freight thresholds. Details are shared in advance of each promotion, so you can plan orders accordingly.
What are payment terms?
We're happy to extend Net60 terms to eligibile program-level dealers. If you're interested in terms, please let us know. For non-terms dealers, payment is due prior to shipping.
What about your online sales, how are they handled?
We designed our Buy & Ride program to support our dealer network, not compete with it. When a customer orders a bike online, we ship it to their local dealer for professional assembly. That dealer earns a credit for that sale. This way, you gain new customers from our site, and riders get the benefit of your expertise.
Do you provide marketing materials or images for dealers?
Our Dealer Media Kit includes product images, descriptions, and promotional assets. You can request directly from our team.
