Stylish adequate bike. Less than adequate everything else.
Thanks so much for sharing Robert. You've raised a few points so I'll address them individually - the kickstand is on offer with the bike so I'm assuming it was simply overlooked. None of our studio product images show a kickstand and many commuters do without it simply because it adds weight and isn't often needed when locking a bike to a pole. We have raised your concern about the loose seat with our partner and asked them to be certain they are adhering to our assembly protocols. For the water bottle holders, that was a complete miss on our side - we purposefully limited the number of mounts and neglected to update the photos so we appreciate you bringing to our attention. Lastly, regarding the helmet, as you experienced when you returned the helmet, it costs us real dollars to ship out a helmet and when an item is return for a reason other than damage, we recoup those costs as we are not able to absorb those costs on smaller items with such minimal margin. We often encourage customers with concerns about fit or style to visit their local shop for options rather than ordering online. Thanks again Robert. -Ryan Zagata
