Free Shipping and Professional Assembly on Every Bike Order

Our number one priority is making your bicycle purchase as simple as possible - while also ensuring the bicycle you receive is up to our stringent quality requirements. That's why we ship every one of our bicycles to a hand-selected local bike shop for professional assembly.

Our industry leading Buy & Ride program was the first of its kind. Through years of experience, and a large network of partner shops across the country, we've perfected the process.

Our team will notify you when your bike is ready to ride. We ask for about 14 business days from the time of shipment to the time you'll be riding. Remember, we cover your assembly cost, so once your bike is ready, all you'll have to do is head in to the assembly shop, pick it up, and roll out the door. It's that simple!

Testimonials

[The Buy & Ride program] saves you the hassle of assembling the bike out of the box. More importantly, it ensures that an expert will do critical setup tasks like tensioning and truing the wheels. That’s essential for their durability, yet not something most new riders would think of, let alone be comfortable doing themselves.
