Lifetime original-owner warranty on the frame and fork. If welds fail or the frame structurally defects, we cover it for as long as you own the bike. Wheels and components carry a 1-year warranty.
Yes. Shop Pay Installments lets you split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments or longer monthly plans, available at checkout. Brooklyn Bicycle Co. bikes range from $499.99 to $1,199.99, so monthly plans typically run $50 to $100 on a 12-month plan.
Brooklyn Bicycle Co. offers a 30-day fit exchange. If the size isn't right within 30 days of pickup, reach out and our team will help arrange an exchange. A standard restocking fee applies per our return policy. Discounted bikes purchased during promotional periods may have additional restrictions.
Most Spring orders are at your local shop within 5 to 10 business days. The shop calls or texts you when it's ready for pickup. You can ride out the same day.
