A few things riders ask about pickup:
Do I owe the shop anything? Nothing. Assembly is fully covered by us. If you ask the shop for extras like accessory installs or part swaps, those are between you and the shop.
Can I choose the shop? Yes. If you have a preferred bike shop, let us know and we'll ship your bike there.
Can the shop swap parts during assembly? Many partners are happy to swap saddles, tires, or fenders at pickup. Options and pricing depend on what they stock, so ask them directly.
What if I can't pick it up right away? Pickup timing is flexible. Let the shop know and copy us. We'll make sure your bike is waiting.
Something seems off with the assembly? Contact us right away with your order number and a photo or description. We'll work directly with the shop to make it right.
