Where will my accessories ship?
Any accessory on your order will ship directly to you, which is why it's imperative to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. Please note we cannot accommodate shipment to the assembling bike shop or to a PO box.
How can I track accessories on my order?
All accessories on your order will ship directly your shipping address. As soon as a tracking number generates, you will receive tracking updates for all accessory shipments.

I have had a Brooklyn Bike for the past few years. I enjoy taking it for rides. Just ordered this bundle not long ago. I enjoy taking the bike on trail rides. Just did a 20 mile trip this past week and got so many compliments.

This was a nice addition that was included with my recent bike purchase. While these items are the real deal from lights to lock to bell (and I use all of them), I'm not sure I'd buy the bundle on it's own, but rather source the items individually. That said, it'd likely take me hours of research to find a "better deal", so maybe it would end up costing me more in "free time." Thanks BBCo, keep up the good work!

bundle did its job, which was to make me feel better about paying full price for the bike I wanted. Lights attach no better or worse than any other lights, work well. The bell is cute, but there's a **** that keeps the bell together that must have shaken loose after a few weeks. Bag also cute but I haven't used it yet.

Got this free with my order so it is a bonus anyway. Was pretty excited to finally have matching lights for my bike and happy to have the bell. I have a multitool, so didn't need hex tool but it is a good idea for someone starting from scratch.
Only problem was that the front light just isn't bright enough to alert me to uneven pavement or potholes. It is just too dim. I don't know if I have a use for it now. Am using a tactical flashlight and a mount. Otherwise everything good.

You've hit on a key point about the front light. It's primarily designed as a safety light to make you highly visible to cars and pedestrians, while also being bright enough to light the path in most lit urban areas. For spotting potholes on darker roads, a higher-lumen 'to see' light, like the one you're using now, is definitely the right tool for the job. Thanks again for the great feedback! - Ryan Zagata

A usb-c charger will not stay connected to the front light to allow charging. You can push it manually to get the charging light to turn on, but it turns off as soon as pressure is removed.

Strong lock. Rechargeable front and back lights with multiple settings (I use slow blinking one.)
And an easy to reach bell that does not startle people too much.

I received the Commuter Bundle as part of a promotion when I purchased my bicycle.
The frint and rear have a nice flash position to help visibility.
The lock and cable look like a quality product as well.
I don't know if I need the bell but the canvas bag is another nice addition.

New York City is full of trash ass pple. But this has nothing to do with this review. I loved this bike. Build well, super comfortable and it moves! But I got two of them stolen from the same building, only thing I would recommend is to buy a really strong lock!

A great deal that includes all of the essentials for your bike. After purchasing a bike (also Brooklyn Bike Co) I was overwhelmed with the sheer number of accessories I would need to separately purchase in order to ride safely, but the commuter bundle helped a lot with that. Everything comes with clear instructions and is super easy to secure - the bell and lights took a combined five minutes total to attach, and they're must-haves for riding in the city. The lock is a little heavy/clunky and not the most convenient to travel with, but it's probably worth it for the security it provides. I would definitely recommend this bundle to any bike owner.

I bought this to go along with my driggs 3 speed I had on order and couldn't be happier. The bell is just right, the lock is sturdy and makes me feel secure about keeping my bike safe, and the lights work just fine. Not so bright to light my path at night but definitely bright enough to help others in cars see me. About the lights. One shipped defective and I got on the chat app here on the brooklyn bicycles site-which is run by real people and not some bot-and Alex got me a replacement in the ail in less than a week. Great products and great service! Highly recommended.
