Your cycling inseam is the single most useful number for getting fit right. Here's how to measure it:
- Stand with your back against a wall, feet 6 to 8 inches apart.
- Place a book between your legs, spine up, snug against your crotch. This mimics your saddle.
- Have another person measure from the top of the book (the spine) down to the floor.
That's your cycling inseam. Watch the full walkthrough here: How to properly measure your inseam
Share that number and the model you're considering, and we'll tell you your size.
