Full-price bicycles purchased directly through Brooklyn Bicycle Co. are eligible for return or exchange, refunded in full to the original payment method, less a $200 deduction to account for unrecoverable expenses incurred during fulfillment (outbound shipping, professional assembly, breakdown, and return shipping).
Final sale and ineligible for return or exchange: discounted and sale bikes, warehouse deal bikes and accessories, factory deal bikes and accessories, discounted accessories, and helmets.
To start a return, contact us with your order number. Our team reviews every bike return request and coordinates with your assembling shop.
Refund timing: refunds are issued once your return is received and inspected, and typically post within 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank; often it's just a few business days.
