Franklin 3 is All You Need

My journey starting with submitting questions about the Franklin to the form in BBC website. I’m pretty sure the company founder was answering them. Then I went to the showroom and get excellent treatment. They let me drive a few models and talked me through the proces. I’m super happy with the Franklin 3.

Thanks so much Christopher. Glad you had a great experience with us and that you're enjoying your Franklin 3. -Ryan Zagata

Excellent

I got this bike almost exclusively because of the price point, but it's turned out to be perfect for my riding needs. I probably put between 60-80 miles on it a week, and the three speed has been perfect for a mostly flat commute with one serious hill. The ride is smoother and the gears have held up way better than the craigslist find I used to ride. The delivery through a local bike shop was a breeze, and I've returned there for free tune-ups since. Couldn't recommend both the bike and the experience more.

Thanks so much for sharing Celia. We're thrilled you're enjoying your Franklin 3. -Ryan Zagata

Dreamy.

I was looking for a lightweight Dutch-style step through bike for casual neighborhood/beach riding at a reasonable price and couldn't seem to find The One, UNTIL I stumbled upon one of these beauties in my old neighborhood in Brooklyn. The Franklin 3-speed is a dream. I love the sleek, thoughtful design, the soft cushiony leather, and the simple logo. It's a high quality bike and looks more expensive than it is. I got it in sea glass and it's so rich and beautiful in person. She gets compliments everywhere I go! Most importantly, it's the smoothest, easiest, most comfortable ride. Even longer, more arduous rides have been a breeze. I'm 5'5 and the S/M is the perfect size for me, and it's light enough that I can easily carry it up and down stairs. Pleasure to ride, super pretty, and unmatched quality and design at this price point. Couldn't ask for more.

I also can't say enough good things about the customer service and Buy & Ride experience. When my first color of choice was out of stock, they were very kind and talked me through my options. The bike arrived at a local bike shop less than 2 weeks later, they assembled and adjusted it for me, I got an email when it was ready and rode it home that day. So easy. The guys at that shop are awesome and, as someone who is *not* a bike expert, it's nice to know where I can go if I need anything. I really appreciate Brooklyn Bicycle Co's values around supporting local businesses. Great company, great product.

Thank you Lauren - we are so glad you had a great experience from start to finish and that you've established a relationship with a local shop out your way. Thanks also for acknowledging the team's efforts. Enjoy! -Ryan Zagata
