We Have Answers.

What is a hybrid bike?
Hybrid bicycles blend characteristics from more specialized road bikes, touring bikes and mountain bikes. The resulting "hybrid" is a general-purpose bike that can tolerate a wide range of riding conditions and applications.
What is the difference between the Lorimer and the Roebling?
While similar in design to its sibling the Roebling, the Lorimer sets itself apart with a more compact cockpit and wider saddle. It's ideal for our more petite riders from 4'10 - 5'7".
What is chromoly steel?
Chromoly (short for chromium-molybdenum) is a premium, lighter grade of steel prized by cyclists. It retains steel's legendary durability and shock absorption while shedding unnecessary weight—giving you a smoother, lighter, and more responsive ride. Specifically, the Lorimer's chromoly is double-butted which means the tubing is thicker at the stress points (welds) and then tapers at the center of the tubes resulting in an even lighter bike.
Can I add fenders, a rack, etc. to my Roebling?
Absolutely! The Roebling has all the braze-ons (mounting points) you'd need to add things like fenders, a rear rack, a kickstand, a front basket, or a water bottle cage.
