Where will my accessories ship?
Any accessory on your order will ship directly to you, which is why it's imperative to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. Please note we cannot accommodate shipment to the assembling bike shop or to a PO box.
How can I track accessories on my order?
All accessories on your order will ship directly your shipping address. As soon as a tracking number generates, you will receive tracking updates for all accessory shipments.

I haven't mounted it yet, because the bike is in the building stage, but it is similar to racks I have used in the past, plus the adjustability gives me options for placing eyelets, etc., on the new bike.

The adjustable Rear Carrier for my new bike is a perfect fit! Sturdy, easy to use and can hold quite a bit without shifting. Its really added to the utility of my ride on a daily basis!

Nothing special, fits, not really any better or worse than you'd get from a third party. I might have chosen one with a spring.

The rear carrier is very sturdy and stylish. I use equipment straps to secure things I need on it, but otherwise it looks great on my bike. I recommend it.

Well built carrier; I expect it will last for many years. My only quibble is the cheap-looking branded sticker stuck to the top, which is easy enough to pull off but required some elbow grease to remove the residue.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this company. Not only are the products fantastic, but the care for the customer is remarkable. I got my wife the rear carrier for her basket and it was super easy to install. She loves how durable and comfortable the carrier sits on the bike.

Loved that they send the bike to a local bike store and the store assembles it for you. Bike quality is great, and has a smooth ride.

We're quite happy with my wife's Brooklyn Bicycle. It was then an easy jump to any of their accessories. Quality item. Arrived faster than expected and well in time for Mother's Day. The bolts that came with it were a little long, but unprompted, Brooklyn sent shorter bolts which addresses the long bolt that gets in the was of the highest rear gear cog.

I had won a New Belgium cruiser a few weeks ago. It was shipped to me and while in transit, the rack was bent. I located the rack on the website to fit the bike. It shipped quickly and was very easy to install. My overall experience was great! I was informed about this purchase from the moment I ordered it and it was easy to track until it was delivered.

My sister has a $10,000 bike and is the pro rider of the family. It was quite cute and funny when she asked me if she could carry anything for me in her backpack on a 27 mile ride yesterday. . I told her about the Universal rear carrier and the travel bag added to it, and how I carry all the extra bike tubes, tools, clothes, food, drink, etc. in the bag and never have to remove it from the bike,. She was quite impressed with it all, and so am I. It's so much easier than a backpack.

Nice rack. My problem was not with the rack but with the parts they sent to attach the rack. Some of the bolts did not fit and I had to adapt

Very nice a sturdy rear rack. I am able to clamp my dogs bike attachment to it with no worries. The customer service both through Brooklyn Bikes and Edible Pedal (the shop in Sacramento where my bike was built) was absolutely phenomenal.
